Pre Pregnancy Program

It’s time to get started! I’ve designed the training program taking into account our modern busy schedules and lifestyle. At the heart of my pre-pregnancy program is a fitness regime which requires just 3 weekly sessions of 30 minutes.

In addition, you will find lots of useful materials – from recipes full of nutrients that are important to boost fertility to logs and planners to help you stay on track with a balanced lifestyle, which is crucial when planning to conceive.
